Sterling silver: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects
Lab-grown diamond jewelry: 2-year warranty
This covers material and craftsmanship issues under normal wear. It does not cover loss, theft, or damage caused by improper care.
Oh no! Send us a photo of the damage to [hello@kesonly.com] and we'll let you know if it's covered under warranty. Either way, we'll help you get it fixed. ?
We can help with that! Contact us with your order number and we'll request a duplicate IGI/GIA certificate for your lab-grown diamond. There's no charge for this service, though it may take 2-3 weeks to process.

Our sterling silver pieces are crafted in Shenzhen's Shuibei jewelry district, the heart of China's fine jewelry manufacturing. Our lab-grown diamonds come from certified global suppliers and are graded by IGI or GIA.

③ Measure the length with a ruler in mm.

Our jewelry is crafted from 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver mixed with 7.5% other metals for strength. It won't turn your skin green, and with proper care, it maintains its beautiful warm glow for years.

All our lab-grown diamond pieces come with an IGI or GIA grading report that details the diamond's 4Cs. For sterling silver pieces, we don't issue gemological certificates, but each order includes a brand warranty card guaranteeing material authenticity.
